Vulcan’s commitment to improving standards has seen the company’s reputation for quality continue to grow, and as a result it is now the preferred replacement wear part brand of much of Europe’s farming community.
All parts are manufactured to stringent quality standards using chrome boron and high carbon grade steels and quenched up to 53 HRC.
Every production batch is checked for hardness levels and dimensional accuracy by a team of Quality Inspectors, while on-site laboratory equipment ensures that components possess the required micro-structures for the environments in which they are used.
An up-to-the-minute web-based quality management system enables Vulcan to continuously monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of its manufacturing processes and make ongoing improvements.
All parts are produced to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standards in the manufacturing facility in Sheffield, the original home of steel making and heat treatment
