DESIGN

All parts are manufactured to demanding quality standards using chrome boron and high carbon grade steels and are quenched to between 53 and 55 RC. Field trials demonstrate that in some cases, Vulcan parts last longer than competing brands as thicker section steels are used. We operate a policy of continuous technical and product development and where possible, also offer designs which we believe improve on the original manufacturers’ blueprint.
